Christopher graduated from Roger Williams University with a BS in Pre Law. His experience as a business person and leader has been invaluable for the Agency and our clients. He has started multiple profitable businesses and has coached at the collegiate and junior levels. He is a very tough negotiator; Christopher always has our clients’ best interests in mind and will do whatever it takes to ensure their careers are well looked after.

Ava Hills is a Division I goaltender at Bemidji State University, where she competes at one of the highest levels of collegiate hockey Ava brings a unique blend of high-performance experience, strategic thinking, and athlete development to her role.
Ava will be coaching at USA Hockey u15 Development Camp.

As Women’s Director and Goalie Advisor, Ava works closely with athletes to develop their technical skills, game awareness, and confidence. Drawing from her own experience competing at the Division I level, she understands the demands, pressures, and expectations that come with elite competition. She is passionate about helping players refine their fundamentals, improve consistency, and develop the habits necessary to succeed at higher levels.
In addition to technical development, Ava helps in mental skills training. She emphasizes the importance of mindset, resilience, and composure — key traits for athletes. Ava works with players to build confidence, handle adversity, and perform under pressure, helping them grow both on and off the ice.
Ava’s leadership experience and commitment to athlete development allow her to connect with players of all ages and skill levels. Her goal is to create a supportive, competitive environment where athletes can push themselves, develop their skills, and reach their full potential.
